7 Reasons Why Our Economy WIll NOT Recover! by John S

The crash of 08' and the financial demise in 2009 is now well beyond its infancy. Many people and societies around the world are noticing significant changes occur. A difficult event to watch, and a cataclysmic event that will precede some of these biggest changes anyone has seen throughout history.
The full financial and economic collapse of the USA is going to continue to play out and affect many other powerful nations around the world. The changes we have seen in the last 12 months have been quite significant but nothing like those that we will see develop over the next several years. Change is both good and bad, but necessary for us to move forward as a complex society and also as a human race.

Trust has been misplaced, the people have been betrayed, and the ship is sinking really fast. Once people work this out, we expect to see rallies; protests and upheavals spill out onto the streets. If such events do take place, this will further become an advertisement for others still asleep to wake up, rise up and join in. In the process it will design and self replicate a huge movement against the rich and powerful who have been dominating this scene for many years.

The Lunar eclipse that scientists say will occur at the end of July, plays a significant role with what is happening on a geographical and social level also. Historically speaking, we have found proof that a major event such as this, has an effect on specific areas in which they occur and throughout the world in general. Ground movements, Motional upheaval (riots), governmental upheaval, volcanic activity and quakes, along with hurricanes normally occur more frequently after such lunar events. As this ties in with a lot of our other forecasts related to the economy and change of social conditions, it will be interesting to see what events do come about.

Being on the brink of this revolutionary change is scary for some, and they have turned a blind eye on the entire situation. But those wide-awake to the changes that lie just around the corner realise that it is not a simple fairytale story situation. The transitional change is an imminent event that we all need to prepare for mentally, physically and also financially.

What we will witness is a general breakdown of order into chaos. We each experience it from our unique perspective, not ever seeing the bigger picture, but pieces of an image. In our opinion the masses are not seeing this just yet.

We are each going to experience the continued decline in civility and the rules of society we've come to expect. We have been seeing a class war between those perceived as ultra rich and the rest of the world, and that pattern is going to continue and intensify down the track.

The economy is in shambles, and many countries are now in trouble. In the US for example, the state of California we believe is the warning sign. This once flourishing state, is now up the creek without a paddle. They are badly in debt and in need of financial assistance. Arnold Schwarzenegger, or the 'Governator' as people call him, is trying his best to help with the situation but he's angry with Obama and the situation as no one is really putting their hand up to come to their aid.

We have seen instances in the past where a celebrity has used the Hollywood community and famous contacts to help with these sort of situations, so we wouldn't be surprised if Arnold used this to his advantage and got other famous actors to rally around him, attract coverage and try to work out some sort of a resolution. He is quite smart, and has a tendency to use the media and paparazzi to his advantage

For now there are also a lot of job shortages, high paying career type positions disappearing and not being created in a new sector of the economy. In other words, when a retail chain closes down and there is a loss of a thousand management positions, there aren't 500 new management jobs being created in another industry. If there are jobs being created, they are often very low paying. But many high earners don't get this, they keep holding out for a job close to what they were making before. Good luck to them, because in most cases, these do not exist. They will go deeper and deeper into debt as they wait for that job that isn't coming.

Those without jobs will have no other alternative but to try and go it alone by starting their own business. Some will succeed if they provide products or services that thrive during tough times. .ie. As an example, home mowing or gardening services and even garage sales which did well back in the last great depression. Unfortunately the others that try to start up their businesses will fail miserably, because there isn't enough business and consumer spending to create space for new endeavours. So not only will you see big names and established corporations going under, but very small businesses failing as well. Those enraged from this will act out at the government and class them the enemy and the cause for their stress and extra burdens.

Other problems, such as the housing industry are merely a symptom of people's greed, which is the real issue. We're going to see a lot of realtors migrate out of their industry in the next six months but the jobs they are going to find waiting for them will be very low paying, if at all. There is going to be many people trying sales, and that is not the way to go. People need to go into high demand areas, and at a much lower pay, because the stability is going to be living with less. The people who make it through this are those that are willing to cut back their standard of living significantly, learn to live with much less, be willing to take a substandard job. In the end, they will likely be happier.

There is a way to find peace within the storm. There are people who are at peace, and it is important that they stay back and simply remain as a witness to these global events as they unfold. Those that prepare for the worst and expect the best will lose nothing.

Unfortunately, we don't see a lot of good news for the coming months. We do see the likelihood of another significant bailout, more job losses, continue housing price problem and Gas shortages which could jump prices sharply up around October / November. Christmas is going to be the worst we have seen in decades. This will signal a major turning point for retail as people have no credit and cannot buy. You will see malls, shopping centres and even popular fast food chains like KFC, Wendy's and even McDonald's closing doors throughout the country in certain area's. Credit card companies will also go bankrupt and people will begin to default on their credit card bills. Real estate will continue to drop and you will see an awful lot of million dollar homes sitting empty for a long period of time.

The consumer driven society will be over and everyone will begin to acknowledge this. We do see home invasions on the increase during Christmas time. This is a result of lower income people being angry about having no jobs and no money so they go to the people they think have what they want. If you thought last year was bad, this year is going to be joyless.

The good news is that families will be brought together; and we will again begin to enjoy the simpler things in life. Communities will be brought together on the notion that two heads are better than one. Helping and giving to someone not only feels good but also people will feel a sense of belonging and contribution to the community. As karma does teach us valuable lessons, with giving comes receiving in abundance. So we will learn many things as the economic conditions change.
